Oct. 19 :’Faces and Faraway Places’ photography exhibit reception
Her show, entitled “Faces and Faraway Places,” features a collection of 25 color portraits and scenery photographs collected during a 16-month extended trip. Her photographs convey a sense of inner stillness, peace and tranquility that offer the viewer an inviting mix of intriguing characters and scenery.
The 2nd floor gallery is open during law library hours.
Loya, a native Oregonian, is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and the Parsons School of Design, both in New York City. An eager advocate of travel and living abroad, she has resided in Japan, France, Nepal, and Southeast Asia and speaks fluent Japanese.
