The Oregon Court of Appeals will hear arguments in four pending cases at the University of Oregon School of Law on Monday, Jan. 14.

The court session will take place between 10 a.m. and noon in the Orlando J. Hollis Courtroom, 241 William W. Knight Law Center, 1515 Agate St. The proceedings are open to the public.

The cases concern alleged negligence that resulted in paralysis, a missed deadline in a workers’ compensation case, hearsay evidence in a sexual abuse case and road rage.
