UO Law Professor Robert Tsai to Speak on Noted Linguist George Lakoff at Pittsburgh Conference February 8
University of Oregon Law Professor Robert Tsai will present, “Assessing the Work of George Lakoff,” at a University of Pittsburgh School of Law conference on Friday, Feb. 8.
Lakoff, a noted linguist, is the co-founder and senior fellow of the RockRidge Institute, a think tank for progressive politics and public policies, and a professor of linguistics at the University of California, Berkeley.
Lakoff will also make a presentation at the conference, “The 21st Century Brain: Why it Matters for the Academic and Political Worlds.” Online registration is available on the conference Web site.
