Link Between Domestic Violence and Animal Cruelty to be Discussed on March 18 at Knight Law Center

“The Link Between Domestic Violence and Animal Cruelty,” will be discussed on Tuesday, March 18, at noon, at the Knight Law Center, room 142, located at 1515 Agate Street in Eugene.

Speakers include Cary Lieberman, director, Greenhill Humane Society; Margo Schaefer, Womenspace; Caroline Forell, Oregon Law professor; and Debra Merskin, Oregon School of Journalism and Communication associate professor.  Free vegetarian lunch will be provided to attendees.   

Oregon Law’s Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Women’s Law Forum are sponsoring the discussion.
