Oregon Law Professor Rob Illig Will Discuss Corporate Law on April 2

Oregon Law Professor Rob Illig will discuss, “Corporate Law for Non-Corporate Types,” on Wednesday, April 2, at noon, at the Knight Law School, 1515 Agate Street, Room 184, in Eugene.  Pizza will be provided to attendees of the discussion, which is sponsored by the Law and Entrepreneurship Student Association. 

Professor Illig practiced corporate and securities law for seven years in New York and London prior to joining the Oregon Law faculty.  While in practice, he handled a wide range of negotiated transactions in the U.S. and overseas, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and private equity transactions.
