Prelaw Magazine Names Oregon Law “Best in Practical Training,” Singles Out Environmental, Public Interest, and Criminal Law Programs

The “Back to School 2008″ issue of Prelaw Magazine, a nationally-distributed publication aimed at prospective law students, has recognized the University of Oregon School of Law as one of the “Best in Practical Training” law schools in the country. The magazine touted the schools on the “best practical training” list as those that have the most clinical opportunities available. The University of Oregon School of Law was the only Oregon law school on this year’s list. In addition to recognizing the School of Law’s practical training, the magazine also included Oregon’s environmental, public interest, and criminal law programs in separate articles highlighting the top schools in those areas.
