Ben Stoller Named 2008-09 Outstanding Student in Law and Entrepreneurship
Professor Barbara Aldave, director of Oregon Law’s Center for Law and Entrepreneurship, recently named third-year student Ben Stoller the 2008-09 Outstanding Student in Law and Entrepreneurship. Stoller will receive a check in the amount of $1,000 and his name will be inscribed on a plaque permanently installed in the Center.
Stoller was a Technology Entrepreneurship Program Fellow last summer and has held leadership positions with the Student Bar Association, the Law and Entrepreneurship Student Association, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Forum during his law school career, while also maintaining a viable graphic design practice.
Fellow student Kevin Parks nominated Stoller for the award stating, “…he has quite literally worked tirelessly and endlessly in pursuit of a career in law and entrepreneurship. During the summer, and nearly every day since, Ben has spent countless hours, well into each evening, working on project proposals with the other members of his business school team.”
