American Constitution Society Announces 2009-10 Board Members
Oregon Law’s American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (“ACS”) recently announced the members of its 2009-10 board. Next year’s board members are:
Co-Chairs: Amanda Garty, Danielle Smith, Davis Smith
Community Liaison: Derek Larwick
Secretary: Patrick Aquino
Treasurer: Alexandra Kamel
ACS is one of the nation’s leading progressive legal organizations. ACS is a national organization of law students, law professors, practicing lawyers, and others. ACS seeks to restore the fundamental principles of respect for human dignity, protection of individual rights and liberties, genuine equality, and access to justice to their rightful “and traditionally central” place in American Law.
