Professor Ofer Raban Continues to Gain SSRN Recognition

Assistant Professor Ofer Raban is once again climbing the Social Science Research Network’s (“SSRN”) Top Ten Download distribution lists. His most recent paper has made six Top Ten lists.
 
“The Fallacy of Legal Certainty: Why Vague Legal Standards May Be Better for Capitalism, Liberalism, and Democracy,” currently appears on DEV: Political Institutions & Economic Growth (Topic) Top Ten, Economic Research Network: Institutions & the Social Sciences (Topic) Top Ten, Economics Research Network: Other Institutions & Transition Economics: Political Economy (Topic) Top Ten, PP: Democratic Theory (Topic) Top Ten, Political Economy Journals Top Ten, and Political Theory Journals Top Ten.
 
The SSRN offers an online venue where researchers and scholars can upload works-in-progress and forthcoming papers while communicating with one another on research goals and interests. SSRN is composed of a number of specialized research networks in the social sciences area.
