Wayne Morse Center Welcomes Dissertation Fellow Shangrila Joshi Wynn

Shangrila Joshi Wynn, a doctoral student in geography and environmental studies, will be the Wayne Morse Center’s 2009-10 Dissertation Fellow. Wynn’s research examines issues of equity and justice in climate change policy with a focus on the role of India in international negotiations. She addresses the challenges of reconciling ecological justice and international equity.

The Wayne Morse Center strengthens its links to social science and humanities disciplines by supporting graduate students who are writing dissertations on topics relevant to the Wayne Morse Center theme. The center’s new two-year theme examines “Climate Ethics and Climate Equity.”
