Professor Jennifer Reynolds Presents Fireside Conversation September 16
Oregon Law’s Environmental and Natural Resources program, along with the Appropriate Dispute Resolution Center and the University of Oregon’s Environmental Studies program continues its “Crisis and Collaboration: Environmental Decision-Making in a Rapidly Changing Landscape” series of fireside conversations at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, in the Knight Law Center’s fourth floor Lewis Lounge.
Law Professor Jennifer Reynolds will present, “What does (of Should) an Ombudsman Do? Reflecting on the Ombudsman Role in Environmental Dispute Resolution and Beyond.”
Professor Reynolds is an expert in the area of dispute resolution. Her research interests lie in negotiation and deal making, and she is a co-author of “Selling Neiman Marcus,” which was published last year in the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
