Oregon Law Celebrates DV Clinic 10th Anniversary with Free CLE
Friday, December 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Oregon Law will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Domestic Violence Clinic with a free Access to Justice, Ethics, and Family Law CLE event, with lunch included. Other sponsors include the Domestic Violence Clinic of the Lane County Legal Aid and Advocacy Center and Legal Aid Services of Oregon.
The CLE event will include presentations on: Access to Justice and Legal Aid, presented by Erika Nordhaus (Legal Aid Services of Oregon); Ethics Issues and Red Flags for the Family Law Profession, presented by John Fisher; Securing Appropriate Protective Orders For Your Clients, presented by Hon. Debra Vogt (Lane County Circuit Court); and Relocation and Abduction in Family Law Cases, presented by Pat Vallerand (Domestic Violence Clinic, Lane County Legal Aid and Advocacy Center) and Professor Merle Weiner (Oregon Law). Applied-for credits will include 1 hour Access to Justice and 1 hour Ethics.
