Professor Steven Bender to Speak at ‘Vulnerable Populations and Economic Realties’ Conference
The two-day conference on poverty law will feature an array of speakers and panels examining how to effectively incorporate economic theory and reality into legal education across the curriculum.
Oregon Law Professor Steven Bender will speak as part of Friday’s panel, “Nowhere to Go: Property in the New Poverty,” from 1:15 to 2:45 p.m. Florence Roisman from the University of Indiana will join him.
Registration for the conference is $130 and includes the Friday evening reception and breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Up to 13.5 MCLE credits are available.
