Domestic Violence Clinic to Offer Free CLE Events Beginning April 23
Beginning in April, Oregon Law’s Domestic Violence Clinic, along with the Stop Violence Against Women Project of the Lane County Legal Aid and Advocacy Center, will offer free Continuing Legal Education programs from noon to 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room B/C of the Lane County Public Service Building, 125 E. 8th Ave. in Eugene.
The following programs will be offered:
Friday, April 23:
Screening for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Issues in Your Practice
Presented by Pat Vallerand and Gina Stewart of the Domestic Violence Clinic, Eugene
Friday, May 28:
Tort Claims for Sexual Abuse Survivors
Presented by Randall Vogt, Attorney at Law, Portland
Friday, June 25:
Dealing with Domestic Violence Issues in Divorce and Custody Cases
Presented by Robin Selig of the Oregon Law Center, Eugene
Friday, October 1:
Evidence Issues in Domestic Violence and Stalking Cases
Presented by Hugh Duvall of the Duvall Law Office, Eugene
