Oregon Law Welcomes Visiting Professor Lance Long
Oregon Law is pleased to welcome Lance Long, assistant professor at Stetson University College of Law, as a visiting professor for the 2010-11 academic year.
Professor Long received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Brigha 
m Young University. He has practiced with several law firms, including Morrison & Foerster in California, primarily focusing on appellate and motion practice in the areas of intellectual property, contract, and construction law. Professor Long’s scholarship addresses empirical analyses of language patterns in appellate briefs and opinions.
Professor Long will be working with Oregon Law’s Legal Research and Writing program.
