Oregon Law Assistant Professor John Greenman appeared on Portland Community Media’s Populations</em, hosted by Jim Winkle, on Wednesday, August 25. Professor Greenman discussed the constitutionality of the new healthcare law’s health insurance mandate alongside Jim Huffman, former dean of Lewis and Clark Law School, and Oregon senatorial candidate.
