Professor Steven Bender to Present at Meeting of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys September 24
Professor Steven Bender, director of Portland Programs, will present as part of “The Three Professors” panel at the 37th annual meeting of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys Friday, September 24, in Quebec City, Canada. The theme for this year’s meeting is Rebound or Recession. 
“The Three Professors” is a panel of leading real property professors who will analyze critically a number of recent cases of interest to the attorneys for commercial real estate lenders. Professor Patrick Randolph, Jr. from the University of Missouri School of Law, and moderator Professor Roger Bernhardt from Golden Gate University’s School of Law will join Professor Bender.
