Annual U.S. Supreme Court Review and Preview to Take Place October 7
Oregon Law’s student chapter of the American Constitution Society is sponsoring its annual United States Supreme Court Review and Preview from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, October 7, in Knight Law Center 175.
Professors Andrea Coles-Bjerre, Carrie Leonetti, John Greenman, and Ofer Raban will provide a review of cases decided by the court last term and preview upcoming cases for the 2010-11 term. Topics to be examined include criminal procedure, freedom of speech, sex discrimination, and bankruptcy.
