‘Apology, Settlement and Systems Design: Learning from Medical Mistake Cases’ is April 1

The Appropriate Dispute Resolution Center at Oregon Law is presenting a timely symposium featuring presentations by Conflict Management Systems Designer Carole Houk and University of Illinois School of Law Professor Jennifer Robbennolt, followed by an engaging panel discussion with leaders from the medical and legal communities.

“Apology, Settlement and Systems Design: Learning from Medical Mistake Cases” will take place from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Friday, April 1, at the University of Oregon in Portland.
