Professor Caroline Forell makes SSRN Top Ten

Caroline Forell, Clayton R. Hess Professor at the University of Oregon School of Law, recently was listed on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) for her article, “McTorts: The Social and Legal Impact of McDonald’s Role in Tort Suits.”

Professor Forell’s work is a top ten download on SSRN’s topic lists for Legal Scholarship Network: Torts. As of December 22, 2011, the article was downloaded 60 times. The article was just published in the most recent edition of the Loyola Consumer Law Review.

SSRN offers an online venue where researchers and scholars can upload works-in-progress and forthcoming papers while communicating with one another on research goals and interests. SSRN is composed of a number of specialized research networks in the social sciences area
