New Frontier: The Political Crossroads of Our Environmental Future, March 1-4, 2012
Land Air Water’s 30th Annual Public Interest Environmental Law Conference (PIELC) will take place in Eugene, OR on March 1-4, 2012. PIELC is distinguished as the oldest and largest conference of its kind, and unites more than 3,000 activists, attorneys, students, scientists, and concerned citizens from over 50 countries around the globe to share their experience and expertise. This year’s conference, “New Frontier: The Political Crossroads of Our Environmental Future,” promises to be a continuation of PIELC’s tradition.
The 2011 PIELC was named the law student program of the year by the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. The ABA award recognized it as one of the best student-organized educational program or public service project of the year focused on the fields of environmental, energy or natural resources law.
