Oregon Court of Appeals to hear arguments at UO Law
The University of Oregon’s top-ranked Legal Research and Writing program will once again host the Oregon Court of Appeals to hear arguments in four pending cases.
The court session will take place on Monday, April 2, from 9-11:30 a.m. in the Orlando J. Hollis Courtroom, 241 William W. Knight Law Center, 1515 Agate Street. The proceedings are open to the public.
The Oregon Court of Appeals visits the law school annually to hear arguments in real cases. The event is held in the law school’s courtroom and provides Legal Research and Writing students with an up-close observation of the Court of Appeals in action. Between arguments, students have an opportunity to ask questions of the judges and the attorneys.
