Criminal Defense Clinic

The semester-long or year-long format of this clinic ensures that each participant represents approximately ten clients and presents the defense in at least one jury trial. Participants also conduct client and witness interviews, investigations, pretrial motions, suppression hearings, plea negotiations, and sentencing hearings for the defense.
