A somewhat briefer treatment of the material covered in the 3-hour Sales course, focusing principally on contracts for the sale of goods under UCC Article 2 and the interesting ways in which this law differs from the common law of contracts. Not open to 3Ls that have completed 1 full year of Contracts (Law 611, 612). Not open to students who have completed Sales.
