Women and the Law Through Film

Examines some of the most important legal issues that women face. The topics covered will be (1) Feminist Theory, (2) Women and Education, (3) Women and Reproductive Freedom, (4) Women and Family, and (5) Women and Work. The student will read cases and law review articles on each topic as well as view a relevant movie.
