An overview of intellectual property, focusing on patent, trade secret, copyright and trademark law. Related areas such as rights of publicity, moral rights, and domain names will also be discussed, as well as current trends and developments, international treaties, licensing, First Amendment considerations, fair use, and practical application of various intellectual property law regimes.
