Comparative Environmental Law

Involves the study of problems and solutions in various legal systems and nations, comparing environmental laws and jurisprudence there to the laws and cases in the United States. This will include air pollution, water pollution, environmental impact assessment, chemical regulation, public participation in decision making, citizen suits, judicial review, constitutional issues, and others. Grading is based on participation, presentations, and written papers.
