American Indian Law

Explores the history and foundational principles of federal Indian law and policy. Examines the federal/tribal trust relationship, tribal sovereignty and self-determination, jurisdiction in Indian Country, tribal property rights, fishing and hunting and gathering rights, reserved water rights and cultural preservation.
