Sports Law

Sports law examines the state and federal regulation of athletic competition at the high school, college, Olympic and professional levels. Topics include contracts, antitrust, labor, employment, intellectual property and tort law as they intersect with sports. Also covered are constitutional issues related to race and gender in sports.
