Real Estate Transactions

This course introduces basic devices used in real estate finance – mortgages, trust deeds, and land sale contracts – and how these devices are used in securing individual residential sales and complex commercial developments. The course also explores how these agreements are unraveled when the deals sour. Formerly titled Secured Land Transactions.
