Food, Farming, and Sustainability

The purpose of this course is to learn about how laws structure processes of food and agricultural production, distribution and consumption. We will focus on food and agricultural laws in order to discuss broader questions of ecological sustainability and commerce. Students will also gain an appreciation of how questions regarding food and agricultural law do not neatly fit distinctions between domestic and international law.
