Green Business Law Statement of Completion

In order to earn a Green Business Law Statement of Completion, a student must satisfactorily complete the following courses: Administrative Law, Business Associations, and Securities Regulations. A successful candidate must also satisfactorily complete Climate Change Law and Policy, Environment and Pollution, or Natural Resources Law. In addition, a successful candidate will satisfactorily complete two of the following courses: Climate Change in International Law, Comparative Environmental Law, Energy Law, Environmental Justice, Green Building and Construction Law, Hazardous Waste, International Environmental Law, Regulated Energy Utility Law, Renewable Energy Law, or Water Law. A successful candidate will also satisfactorily complete two of the following courses: Accounting for Lawyers, Advanced Business Associations, Business Planning, Cap and Trade Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Small Business Clinic, Sustainable Tax and Business Practices, or Tax Policy. In addition to completing the above-referenced curriculum, a candidate for the Green Business Law Statement of Completion must satisfactorily complete an appropriate paper, clinic, externship, business plan, integrative project, or substantially equivalent work, approved by a faculty member.
