Sidney Ottem is Acting Director for Administration, Office of the Solicitor, Department of the Interior; he was also the Deputy Regional Solicitor, Southwest Region. He previously served as Court Commissioner for the Aquavella stream adjudication, Yakima County Superior Court, and was a judicial representative on the Water Disputes Task Force and a member of Dividing the Waters, an organization ofjudges/masters overseeing stream adjudications.
