Many students like to have business cards to exchange with the professionals they meet at events. Students who are excellent networkers are able to make that seem quite natural even before they have professional positions. If you think you’ll feel comfortable using them and you can afford to order them, get them and have them on hand. Then you’ll have the option of using them.
If you do have some printed, consider using “J.D. Candidate” in place of “law student” as your title.
