We invite you to participate in our 2012-2013 On-Campus Recruiting program. This year, the Fall On-Campus Interview program will start on September 4th and will take place at the law school. Below you will find information about the registration process and important deadlines for our On-Campus Interview and Resume Collection programs.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
The University of Oregon School of Law affirms the right of all individuals to equal opportunity in education and employment, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, age, handicap, national origin, sexual orientation, or any other extraneous consideration not directly and substantively related to effective performance. Our facilities and services are available only to employers whose practices are consistent with this policy.
The School of Law is compelled to make an exception to this policy. The United States Armed Forces discriminate against transgender individuals. Federal law mandates the loss of federal funds to the entire University if military recruiters are not granted the same access to campus and to students as other employers. In order to avert the loss of federal funding, the School has suspended under protest the application of its non-discrimination policy as applied to military recruiters. This exception to our policy does not in any way reflect acceptance of, or agreement with, discriminatory hiring practices.
In addition, the School of Law permits employers to set age parameters in some limited circumstances where age could be directly and substantively related to effective performance.
FIRST-TIME REGISTERING IN SYMPLICITY
If you are registering in our Symplicity system for the first time as an employer, please click HERE and click on “Register” under the log-in fields. Complete the requested information, then click “Submit.” You will receive an email within 1-2 business days with a username and password for accessing the Symplicity system.
REGISTRATION FOR EMPLOYERS INTERVIEWING ON-CAMPUS
Log on to Symplicity. Choose “View Schedule Requests” from the Shortcuts; then click on the “Request Schedule” button. Choose the session that includes your preferred interview date. (You may contact Sabrina Leathers to discuss available dates before registering.) Complete the required information and click “Submit.” Registration confirmation will be sent within 1-2 business days.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Signed Non-Discrimination Policy form (1 copy).
Firm Resume or link to website (1 copy).
NALP form or link to NALP page for employers that belong to NALP (1 copy).

REGISTRATION FOR RESUME COLLECTION (for employers not interviewing on campus)
Log on to Symplicity. Select “Create Job Posting” under Shortcuts. Complete the posting form, indicating “Resume Collect” at the end of the job title. You may request that applications be collected in our system (Accumulate online) or that applicants submit directly to you by your preferred method. When finished, click “Submit.” Posting confirmation will be sent to you within 1-2 business days.
