Anne Mullins received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her law degree with honors from The University of Chicago Law School. She was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review and a Tony Patino Fellow, recognizing her public service, leadership, and academic achievement.

Before coming to Oregon, Professor Mullins practiced at Susman Godfrey LLP, a top national litigation boutique specializing in high-stakes complex commercial litigation. She also clerked for Chief Judge Sarah Vance in the Eastern District of Louisiana and Judge Jacques Wiener of the Fifth Circuit, both in New Orleans. She teaches Legal Research and Writing I and II, as well as an advanced course on Judicial Writing. Her current article is entitled Subtly Selling the System: Where the Compliance Tactics of Business Marketing Lurk in the Judicial System.
