Elizabeth Frost earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was managing editor of the Michigan Journal of Race and Law. Before joining Oregon Law, she practiced with the firm Sidley Austin in both Los Angeles and Chicago, focusing on commercial real estate.
She is serving on the Program Committee for the 2016 Legal Writing Institute National Conference to be held in Portland, Oregon. She is also serving on ALWD's Survey Committee, Scholarship Grants Committee, and Publication Committee. Previously, she served on committees for the AALS Section on Legal Writing, Reasoning, and Research. She co-chaired the 2012 Western Regional Legal Writing Conference held in Eugene, Oregon. She is a frequent contributor to the Oregon State Bar Bulletin's monthly column The Legal Writer.
