Janice E. Hatton is a partner at the Eugene, Oregon law firm of Luvaas Cobb. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, elder law and Medicaid planning. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the College of Idaho and received her J.D. from Oregon Law in 1990.
Janice serves on the Oregon State Bars Estate Planning and Administration Section both as an executive board member and part of the editorial board for the sections newsletter. She is a member of the Eugene Estate Planning Council and a board member of the Eugene/Springfield Tax Association.
