Julia Olson is a public interest environmental attorney with Wild Earth Advocates. She graduated from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1997 and went to work for Earthjustice. She began her private public interest environmental law practice thereafter and for over a decade has represented conservation groups throughout the West to protect and restore rivers, parks, wilderness, national forests and native species. Julia also works as part-time staff attorney for Californians for Alternatives to Toxics and in that capacity has developed a pesticide litigation practice. Currently, she is working on fisheries, aquatic habitat and wilderness issues and on climate crisis law.
