Former Cato Institute Fellow to Speak on "Globalization: Threat to  
Humanity or Answer to Poverty"?

Thursday, October 4, 2007, at noon, the Student Federalist Society  
hosts former Cato Institute fellow Douglas Bandow, a syndicated  
columnist and former Reagan administration official.   Mr. Bandow,  
who holds both a J.D. and Ph.D., will be speaking on the topic  
"Globalization:  Threat to Humanity or Answer to Poverty?"  Dr.  
Bandow currently writes for publications such as Fortune magazine,  
and speakers frequently at academic conferences, on college campuses,  
and to business groups.
