Elizabeth Tippett’s research interest focuses on employment law and dispute resolution. She practiced as an employment law attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented technology companies in litigation relating to trade secret misappropriation, employment contracts, and employment discrimination.
Tippett earned her law degree at Harvard Law School in 2006. She spent several years as a research associate for the Harvard Negotiation Project and also served as the Outside Training Director for the Harvard Mediation Program and Articles Editor for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Harvard College. She will teach Negotiations, Appropriate Dispute Resolution Survey, and Employment Law.
