An Evening of Exquisite Scotch Tasting
Back by popular demand! The Oregon Scotch Guild is pleased to offer an evening of Scotch tasting for you and up to nine of your friends. Now in its seventh year, the event will include a selection of single malt Scotch whisky, some light food pairings, and of course, artful and lofty conversation. A surprise spirit or wine accompaniment will no doubt appear should a sufficiently discerning palate present itself. Possibilities for the selection of Scotch include a broad range of samplings of the variety of flavors that the different regions of Scotland produce, or perhaps a flight within one region or distillery to highlight the subtle differences brought on by the cask choice and aging. The Guild will work with the winning bidder to craft the perfect selection for the evening. We will provide the Scotch and you provide the venue! Cheers! The Guild asks that the successful bidder redeem this item before February 2013.

Dean Michael Moffitt and his wife Jamie invite you and five friends to a wine tasting at their home. What’s the difference between Appalachians and Appellations? Just what do people think they are smelling when they stick their noses in wine glasses? How can I maximize (or minimize) the impressions that I’m a wine snob when I’m dining with clients or partners? And most importantly, what kind of wines do I actually like? This wine tasting experience for six people includes transportation! Donated by Michael and Jamie Moffitt.
