This course delves into some of the more advanced civil procedure topics from the 1L year. In Conflicts, students study the challenges of and techniques for determining which law governs when multiple states are potentially involved in a private event. The course presents aspects of federalism, jurisdiction, and the recognition, enforcement, and modification of judgments.
