Contemporary Issues in Amer Indian Law

Provides an in-depth study of current issues in American Indian law and U.S. Public Policy regarding Native Americans. Topics studied will include Indian gaming, federal conservation/wildlife laws and Indian treaty rights, the unique status of Native Hawaiians, the future of Supreme Court Indian law jurisprudence, recent developments in Indian Treaty fishing rights litigation, and other topics.
