Introduction to bankruptcy law; focuses on consumer bankruptcy and contrasting creditors rights and debtors protections under the federal Bankruptcy Code with those under state collection law.It is recommended but not required that Commercial Law or Commercial Law Survey be taken beforehand or concurrently.
