Covers property- and contract-based aspects of well-established forms of business transactions such as wire transfers, ownership and transfer of securities, interest rate swaps, commodity contracts, credit and debit card payments, and equipment leases. Focuses primarily on advanced UCC and federal law provisions with occasional comparisons to international and/or non-U.S. law. Prerequisite: any of the following: Secured Transactions, Fundamentals of Loans, Sales.
