Explores the law governing business bankruptcy; examines tools for restructuring and rehabilitating a business under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Topics include operating a business in bankruptcy, reshaping the estate, and negotiating and confirming a plan of reorganization. Prerequisite:Law 648 Bankruptcy. Highly recommended: Business Associations.
