Participants develop an understanding of how to analyze a potential acquiree and how that analysis informs and governs the drafting of the acquisition agreement and the disclosure document. Presents the germination of a transaction from financial need to executed documentation. This course will be video conferenced to Eugene in Spring 2019. Pre-requisite: LAW 620: Business Associations
