The Conflict and Dispute Resolution Master’s Program is structured to prepare you for employment after you graduate.
Inside the classroom, our core courses give you the fundamentals that you need to understand conflict and dispute resolution and its importance. And our passionate instructors, from academic faculty to community conflict resolution practitioners, use their breadth of experience to challenge the way you see conflict.
Outside the classroom, all our students complete an internship (sometimes more than one!), giving you the opportunity to use all you have learnt in a real-world environment. This blend of practical and classroom-based learning means you leave the program ready to tackle conflict and dispute resolution in the real world.
