Andi Kemp is a fundraising and management consultant, serving as a Nonprofit Clinic Consultant with the UO Law School.
Striving to make community development more effective, Andi established a B-Corp in Oregon to support organizations and leaders. The tailored, practical approach builds capacity with a focus on excellence and inclusion - creating conditions that lead to greater equity, happier employees and improved services. Andi enjoys working with small and medium organizations, where the impact is more personal and meaningful.
Andi has directly supported dozens of nonprofits since 2003, serving as coordinator, director and consultant, raising $22.5 million in grant awards and delivering workshops for nearly 700 people. Areas of interest include strategic planning and assessments.
Andi received a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, with focus on creativity, motivation and the learned behaviors of people in groups and workplaces. Andi most recently served on the Lane County Community Health Improvement Committee, and enjoys volunteering in gardens.
